KIDSPHERE, Artisphere’s Apprentice Workshop, gives kids the opportunity to become an artist for a day! In Kidsphere, kids can learn the fine art techniques used by Artisphere Artists by making their own jewelry and hats, splattering paint, and working with paper collage and mosaic bowls. Once the craft activities are complete, kids can go on an art hunt around the Festival to visit artist booths and meet the artists who create jewelry, collage, clothing, and glass. After splattering, throwing, and mixing paint in the Kidsphere Art in Action tent, kids will want to check out Brian Olsen’s Art in Action stage as he uses the same techniques to paint portraits to music.
